The house is situated about 4km from Broc with it’s very own bar, bakery and 12th century Church. The local area is ideal for walking and cycling, with an equestrian centre 6 km away. Nearby you will find the market town of Le Lude with it's famous chateaux and weekly market. Here there are restaurants, bars and many shops. Another major nearby town is La Fleche with it's very large market, world famous zoo and large manmade lake, with watersports, beautiful beach and play area. 

For those of you visiting Le Mans, this house is approximately 30 minutes away and is also about 30 minutes from Tours; both cities have beautiful cathedrals and old towns, and Le Mans, of course has it's world famous racecourse. This makes this house an ideal base for a large party to return to after a day at the races to the tranquility of the countryside and a dip in the cool with a nice cold drink.

  Accommodation details

This beautifully restored farmhouse built in the early 1800’s which has many traditional features including oak beams, tiled floors and an imposing stone fireplace. The property boasts 3 very large bedrooms, one which comfortably sleeps four people, two bathrooms, a separate lounge, dining room and kitchen and beautifully landscaped gardens with a very large above ground swimming pool. The property is offered for both bed and breakfast and self catering. Evening meals can be provided on request.

• Large family fully fitted kitchen comprising of table and chairs, washing machine, fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave and extra frer.
• Adjoining the lounge is a large dining room with large French oak dining table that will seat 6 – 10 people.

• There is also a separate quiet sitting area away from the TV.
• There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. One of which is huge and will comfortably sleep at least 4 people. The second is a beautifully decorated double.
• The bathroom has a shower stall, bath, sink with a separate WC.

First Floor

• There is a generous double bedroom with King-size bed set between 2 beautiful and original oak frames.
• Large shower room with hand basin and WC.

Outside

• There is a seating area with table and chairs and a stone built barbecue set in extensive well-maintained gardens, leading to another large terrace with table chairs and garden bench overlooking the large swimming pool.
