This fantasticly appointed two bedroom cottage is just half an hour from Le Mans on the edge of the forest of Berce. Minutes walk to the village of Lavernat with a very friendly small bar, tabac and shop.
To the outside of the cottage there is a covered patio area with garden furniture, loungers and BBQ. Within the private lawned garden is a large plunge pool.
Les Bournais consists of self catering accommodation for 4 people, comprising of a beamed living room with woodburning stove, Tv and antique furniture.
There is a separate dining area with oak dining table and antique furniture, with open tread stairs leading to the first floor.
A modern fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge and microwave and all utensils included.
Also on the ground floor is a modern bathroom, comprising a large bath, shower, wc and vanity unit.
On the first floor you will find a spacious beamed bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and drawer unit. The second bedroom comprises of two large single beds, drawer unit and plenty of hanging space.
The accommodation is electrically heated throughout and also has a woodburning stove in the living room

Electricity is included on all bookings between 1st April - 30th Sept.
On bookings between 1st Oct - 31st March, electricity will be charged by Meter reading
A deposit of £75 low season - £100 high season per weeek and £25 per night for Le Mans race dates is required at time of booking.
Balance to be paid on arrival.
